With reference to your telegram of 14th March
in oypher it is suggested by the War Office that funds should be allotted in aid of a hospital which is being established for sick and wounded Royal Flying Corps officers in London. Alternatively a suggestion, which would be agreeable to the representatives of the Dominions, has been made to me that another club, on the lines of Peel House, might be established for oversea soldiers.
